Down to $114,777 for all 14 as of 3/21. I spot checked one on the auction sites and see that they bought it in October for $121k, so they are upside down on it. I’m curious how long they can hold on thinking it may get better when all signs are pointing to further losses the longer they wait. 🤷‍♂️
