  1. "in Production" purgatory

Yeah I hear you. The dealer got one off of an auction with 60 miles on it, so it was considered “used”. Therefore my $2500 credit could not be applied. But I was so over it and it was a fully loaded out Badlands from what I originally wanted. So I told them to take my damn money because I don’t...
  2. "in Production" purgatory

I’m still showing “in production” as of 03/23 and a blend date of 03/20. No update on anything from customer service. I broke down and found one on the lot and went for it.
  3. 3/20/2023 Build Week with spreadsheet

I gave up on this nonsense a couple weeks ago. Found a SAS/Lux/MIC Badlands on the lot and went for it. My Badlands on order (non SAS/Lux/MIc), still shows “in production” as of 03/23/23 and customer service has no updates. The new ride had 63 miles on it and dealer considered it used since they...
  4. "in Production" purgatory

I completely agree, I can only assume we have missing parts or chips. Makes zero sense for it to be a shipping problem. Hey I’m in Aurora too! I’m going through Groove Ford.
  5. "in Production" purgatory

Supposedly the tracker's are correct. I called Ford marketing yesterday and they stated the same thing they have been saying for a month. Its been "produced" and awaiting shipment. The delivery date has passed so all they can see is "pending" for a new ETA. Reached out to the dealer but have not...
  6. 3/20/2023 Build Week with spreadsheet

Samsies for me as well. Tracker says "in production" as of 03/21/23. Blend date was 03/20/23. Ford says it has been "produced" and an ETA between 4/19 - 4/25 (today). And its just sitting up there with zero updates. Dealer trying to get updates but unsuccessful as well. So over this process!
