That is a great idea, if you have the short one I would try removing the front fairing first.
For the big one, I ordered a weather strip, people on here say it fixes the issue!
Ahh sorry, I got the full and have been frantically trying to find a solution that prevents me adding weather stripping to my new car…. Hookeroad ghosted me too.

This is a great reccomendation, how much did it run you? I also actually did call around yesterday and found a firestone who would do it so thats 2 great reccomendations for any future readers.
So while I thought this was the case, we have two MY23 Base Broncos that both have cameras in that box.
Found another thread that said they were for collision avoidance but I am unsure. Dealer thought there was some camera to calibrate with the alignment but he was not sure.
yup makes sense, I just thought for a off road vehicle I’d do lifetime, on my mustang regret selling I actually only went to dealer for everything (mostly Because warranty).
I installed RoughCountry tie rod sleeves, followed multiple videos and measured turns and the positions with a tape measure, it drives strait but the aligment is a tad off after a free check.

Awesome build, I am in the middle of one similar, and wanted to use piano hinges but am worried about how they hold up over time with plywood plus the weight of 2 humans and 2 dogs. Have yours held up?
