No problem with the questions at all. I responded to your email as well but the details on the basket is that it’s reversible. This is due to the slide rails allowing you to slide the basket out and flip it over to create a flat surface. The basket sits neutral so you don’t gain (or lose)...

Yes we’re developing a wind deflector (cowling) that will run across the windshield. It will work off the existing rivnuts so no modification required. We’ll keep everyone updated and it’s one of the hurdles with any soft top/roof rack combinations. Thanks.

yeah on the softtop it’s harder and you’d need to load from the inside. It was never an issue and worked well for the stuff I stored up there.
