Great, I'm glad you were able to see it in person. The build quality is good and it allows for you to still get the front and middle sections of a hardtop off.
As for the rigid lights, I have 8x 360 4" lights but wasn't able to get them all in to fit. If you look at my wiring picture you'll...
I'm very happy with the rack, both the front and the middle panels cane be removed very easily (it's not as tight as other racks).
The lights were installed from day 1 so I can't comment on the wind noise without them or with the solid windscreen installed. I'd imagine it would be less than...
Ford did the same think before the Great FInancial Crisis. They saw the recession was going to hit and they tapped into a massive credit facility from Uncle Same to tide them over.
They provide two sets of wire labels, one for each connector type. I also did not do the forscan as built changes as they messed with the 2.3L MT settings and I had to reset them. I only enabled the text description items and now everything works great including the brake controller.
I eliminated the gear indicator that is shown on the instrument cluster. I'm not sure what I did in forscan somehow on my manual bronco. Any idea how to get it back? I didn't catch the mistake until now
I'll have to recheck Forscan in the non As-Built modules and run a search for tow/trailer/etc and just enable everything.
FordTorino93 - Did you run into any errors when you mass enabled? Were there things that you may have had to disable afterwards as they caused issues/errors?
Appreciate the help. MY23 has a different connector with 12 total pins and different pin locations for the OEM wiring harness. Shown below as Pins 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12. I verified again that they are in the right slots.
Looks like my turn signals are the only thing that are not currently working after the install. Anyone else have a similar issue? I have the MY23 Bronco that comes with the updated connector and pinout.
Ended up setting up a trailer hitch assembly from amazon.com, as the original Ford order was cancelled and subsequently backordered without an estimated time of arrival. This was due to a change in part number.
In addition, I managed to install the official trailer wiring harness and the brake...
I purchased my bronco from Bob Tomes Ford in McKinney, TX for MSRP and they took off the $2k dealer add-ons like the anti-theft, tint, ppf, etc so that out the door was just MSRP plus TTL
