Reading through these comments ,including my own, makes me wonder how many of you jeep defectors will go back now that it has come out that you cant get the Sasquatch package with the manual? It's not a deal breaker for me, but it does make me have second thoughts on the Bronco cutting into the...
I dont know your answer ,but Im anxious to read Motor Trend and Car And Driver's driving impressions before I buy after watching the reveal of them rolling on the desert at speed. They don't look they handle the moguls very well. Watching the two door one gave me flashbacks of the oldman's 76...
I read today that it really doesnt mean that much in the scheme of things for the consumer. It doesnt guarantee you anything other than a chance of being a little earlier to the game. It's basically you paying Ford for them to do market research on a new model from what I can see. I piss $100...
I know I will never understand why people like to waste money just to be first on a mass produced vehicle. I don't blame the dealers. I just also don't play ball with dealers that like to do business that way.
I agree. $500 isnt a large sum ,and many dealers say your down money isn't refundable. Those are what I was talking about. Like I said. I agreed to putting money down on the one I knew ,and they knew would be a hard sell. (y)
People that say it looks like a Jeep or FJ are blind or just being instigators. Looks nothing like either. These same people think Camaros and Mustangs look a like too I bet.
I have to agree. If the 2.7 isn't offered anywhere in the Ford lineup with a manual, a lot would have to go into offering it in the Bronco.
I dont see it happening any time soon. Especially in a world where manuals are becoming less and less. As enthusiast we are never completely happy with...
I have ordered lots of vehicles over the years. I only ever put money down on one because it was something that wouldn't have been easily sold. Most dealers dont care if you take it or not when it comes in if its a popular configuration. They know they will move it. These dealers wanting large...
If you bust it abusing it, that's on you. If they can tell you were abusing it, you most likely won't get it covered. If you break it, wash all the mud away. Make it look like a blacktopper before you take in for work. Haha.
Not a big deal for me at this point. I was over getting a manual when I found out you could only get the baby motor with it. Got to have the big tires. They dont look right without them
Been through this with the Mustang, Camaro, GT500 and Raptor. Never paid a penny over MSRP for any of them and never put any large deposits down. You just need to find an honest dealer that is more concerned with repeat business than one high profit sale.
REMEMBER, THEY CANT SELL IT AT A...
When you can buy the base model with the 35's and best offroad package offered on the high model, this will hurt Jeep if they dont follow suit. I know many people that want the Rubicon offroad goodies without having to pay the huge price tag. Jeep is most certainly worried. They had to do the...
