I have a 2-door too, love the 2-door, but it does have a few disadvantages compared to the 4-door! I just ordered a JCR Offroad rear window MOLLE panel for my 2-door and this will provide a nice size surface for axe, shovel, extinguisher, etc.
Same, I have my own relatives ask about the Jeep by mistake, they know I have a Bronco.
I have a 2-door and It looks nothing, nothing, nothing like a Bronco Sport. Not even close!! Well, except for the word Bronco. LOL
I think some folks are just focused on the word Bronco and it...
@rainman23 for my 2dr, RTR used 4 large bolts (10mm) on each side in the body (torqued 37 lb ft), another 4 small bolts (6mm) on each side through pinch weld (torqued 10.4 lb ft/124 lb in)
@rainman23 I thought it was easy, the OEM rock sliders come off easy and the RTR option was a perfect fit using existing mounting provisions, really heavy duty and solid
Thank you for posting this option, looks good to me too, do you know if it works for a 2-door? They mention it works with 4-door 6G, but not a 2-door. I wondered why you might need half moon pads, is the bronco lift area smaller than Jeep roof?
Just installed the RTR rock sliders on my 2dr, top quality, heavy duty, installed like a dream, 4 large bolts (10mm) on each side in the body (torqued 37 lb ft), another 4 small bolts (6mm) on each side through pinch weld (torqued 10.4 lb ft/124 lb in)
I just installed RTR rock sliders on my 2-door, wanted a little more protection plus option to use as a side step, nice slim profile, I like the OEM sliders but they have limited coverage
my understanding is a green window sticker indicates a special order for a client and a blue window sticker would indicate a regular dealer stock unit or dealer demo unit
nice solution, thank you for sharing! I have not had a significant problem with that squeaking sound, but have experienced it off and on. nice to have a simple easy solution!
