  1. Ford stole $1,300 worth (262k points) of reward points - empty hardtop promises.

Seems pretty crystal clear to me. As consumers, it is our responsibility to read the fine print. Ford hold themselves accountable to the points being valid for a period of time, we are accountable for using them before they expire. It seems pretty cut and dry to me. But I suppose itā€™s a tough...
  2. Window does not roll up automatically

Ok, hopefully Iā€™m posting in the right section. If Iā€™m not, apologies in advance. My ā€˜22 Bronco has developed an ā€œinterestingā€ issue. A few days ago, I noticed that the left rear passenger window does not automatically roll up. I have to pull and hold the button to complete close it. The other...
  3. 2024 Ford Bronco Review: Yes, it's awesome, but ... Autoblog

Itā€™s interesting - at first, I didnā€™t really agree with reviews that commented that the gauge cluster was an odd choice with the analog speedo and digital display. But the longer Iā€™ve had my Bronco, I think I get it now; perhaps they should have made it a full digital cluster. I can understand...
  4. Replacing Side View Mirror Assembly ?

Youā€™re awesome! Great minds think alike - I happened to stumble across that diagram as I was scouring for info online, in a Reddit post. That said, Iā€™m keeping this handy, just in case. Thank you!
  5. Replacing Side View Mirror Assembly ?

I appreciate the offer! However, I went ahead and just ordered a replacement cap along with the side mirror assembly. This will all serve as an expensive lesson to pay more attention as Iā€™m backing my Bronco into my garage. Thank you again!
  6. Replacing Side View Mirror Assembly ?

Iā€™ve managed to find a new OEM replacement for a bit less than $1,000. As for my current one, the actual mirror assembly where the mirror, mirror motor, turn signal, BLIS, and camera are housed is pretty much shattered in pieces. Thankfully, the mirror is intact, along with the signal marker...
  7. Replacing Side View Mirror Assembly ?

The replacement mirror assembly from what Iā€™m told, comes fully assembled, including the mirror. The only thing I would need to but separately is the mirror cap - of which Iā€™m going to try to salvage from the wreckage.
  8. Replacing Side View Mirror Assembly ?

Yeah, there isnā€™t really much to snap back together. The Mirror housing is a mangled mess. The upside is, I can at least salvage parts like the mirror, puddle light, and camera as spare parts in case I need them in the future.
  9. Replacing Side View Mirror Assembly ?

I appreciate the suggestions! Youā€™re right along the lines Iā€™ve already taken into consideration; having initially looked at parts online, it makes sense to replace it myself. It will cost a little more than my deductible, but I wonā€™t take a hit on my insurance - this would be considered...
  10. Replacing Side View Mirror Assembly ?

So, without going into a long drawn out story, I clipped my side view mirror as I was backing into my garage. Has anyone had to replace their side view mirror in its entirety? If so, what would you say is the level of difficulty in replacing it? Would anyone have any recommendations on where...
  11. Forscan Profile

When youā€™re in the AS BUILT of a module, thereā€™s a button that says ā€œRestore Factore ABā€. That is the piece that requires an internet connect while youā€™re using FORScan, so that it can download the factory AB for your Bronco.
  12. 4D Tech Auto Start-Stop Eliminator - Better Than Forscan IMO

I donā€™t think FORScan ā€œtricks the computer in some wayā€; it literally disables auto start/stop from activating, native in the system with no trickery, and no action required by the user while using the vehicle. Itā€™s ironic you accuse FORScan of ā€œtricking the computer in some wayā€, because it...
  13. Northern Illinois

Are you referring to the OTA updates ford pushes down via SYNC? If so, it does not. Since I got my Bronco 2 weeks ago, Iā€™ve received 2 OTA update pushes to my Bronco, and neither of them restored my AS BUILT settings back to factory.

No sir, that was not me.
  15. What is your Bronco and why do you own it?

I am with you on that. In addition, one of my dogs who is 11 and getting up there in age (Iā€™ve had her since she was a 3 month old pup) - she really loves her car rides. Her and my other dog love car rides. But, they cant stick their heads out of my other car. I donā€™t know how much time I have...
  16. A Reintroduction…sort of

Thanks! Yeah Iā€™m glad as well. I felt like it was good timing. The night I bought it was the night the UAW went on strike. I was factoring the strike, what the car market could potentially look like in 2024, interest rates, etc., and decided to go for it. Also, I havenā€™t seen that many Eruption...
  17. A Reintroduction…sort of

Ah, yes. Allow me to clarify that. I got the Bronco pre-owned. Had 5,500 miles on it. The first owner bought it and ended up getting a business car, so he got rid of it, and here we are. I figured since I had already wrote a novel above, Iā€™d spare some of the details, but it was a good...

Looks like I live near you guys. I finally got my Bronco, so Iā€™ll give a wave if I see you aroundšŸ‘‹
  19. Real-world MPG difference Badlands vs BadSquatch?

I have a BadSquatch. Iā€™ve only filled it up twice so far, but hereā€™s the limited anecdotal data I can provide: * Tank 1, Trip Computer: 17.8. Actual: 17.3 * Tank 2, Tripi Computer: 18.3. Actual: 17.6 Note: This is with 87 regular fuel. Iā€™ve been driving in Eco mode. Yeah, I know that may make...
