For the record - Teslas implementation of this is their own and not Apple's architecture.
Also for the record, not carrying keys is great. I wear golf pants/shorts pretty much all the time and often keys in the pocket will cause this coloring change on the face of the pants so not carrying keys...
Hello all, I am sorry for this post in advance.
So I have some mild obsession/anxiety issues when it comes to dog hair in my trucks and lately have been thinking about the washout interior on the Bronco and was wondering if this exists on any other vehicles that you guys know of.
The lack of...
How do you want me to provide a citation with a conversation I had with Mike @ 5 Star tuning? He says:
congrats on the bronco we have 5 on the way LOL , for tuning info see more about the capability here https://5startuning.com/got-2018-f150-2-7l-ecoboost/
91-93 octane tuning yeilds great...
All the people in here saying no thanks - nobody is forcing you to use these features. There's really two core sets of tools:
1) automatic safety systems intended to prevent loss of property or life
2) automatic driving systems intended to reduce fatigue during long driving.
I have both of...
The other question is how much HP and TQ can the transmission, transfer case, rear diff and axles take.. The manual trans is theoretically limited at 400tq - the auto can obviously take that but I wonder about the transfer case, axles etc. I would guess you wouldn't want to run the 2.7L E85 tune...
It's the same motor that's been in the F150 for few years - even with a FLEX sensor it still doesn't take full advantage of the timing potential running E85. Even the stock motor on 87 or 93 doesn't take into account the full timing hence the tune.
I can't find almost any information on this. Does the 2.7L v6 have enough fueling capability to be tuned for E85? I don't want to hear about E85's impacts on the fueling system - you have to pay to play with E85, that's fine. Definitely going to be putting together a plan to do the first E85...
Yeah exactly. Frankly - I'm ok with the noise. I just want it to be smooth/comfortable to drive. Right now when I take the Tacoma to the clay range I have to drive 2 miles on a dirt road that is bumpy as hell it's almost unbearable.
Thanks. The once comparison I have is the Raptor has FOX suspension components man that thing rides well for what it is. If the Bronco is similar I will be happy.
It does - in theory, longer travel and thicker side-walled tires should make for nicer on-road suspension performance. But I don't know if mud/terrain tires are an exception to that rule or not.
I haven't had a vehicle like the Bronco before - the closest thing is the Tacoma which I'm pretty sure has a leaf spring in the rear and at times the suspension feel in the truck is quite violent. On the Tesla the suspension is firm, it doesn't shake all over the road like the Tacoma, you just...
This thread is the epitome of dealers nationwide. All have their own scummy ways or trying to reel you in... "nobody will be discounting these", "Ford said we can't discount them", "you need to put an additional $1K deposit with us today".. all total bullshit.
Makes sense at least for the first launch year.. once up to speed it will be offered. They gotta show their shareholders the billion+ dollars of investment in this platform was worth it.
