I drove like a maniac when I was young. I remember hitting 152 on my ZX-11 on a South Carolina back road racing another motorcycle. Those days are behind me now. I don't see a reason to risk my life to save a few minutes while traveling. I rarely go over 85 now, and usually go slower...
Thanks, LowCountry and Mike. If it comes down to just styling, I was going to say I'd probably go with Mabett or IAG, but then I looked at a YouTube video of the SSV pod, and it looks pretty nice, actually. Probably better made, too.
Definitely a good idea with the Forscan mod. I'll probably...
Yikes. Mabett's Amazon page says they work for both models, but someone commented there's a clip or something you have to use for the 2-door. The reviewer didn't seem very happy about it.
Do you have a 4-door or 2-door? I forgot to mention mine is 2-door, and I've read a couple of posts from people saying they don't quite fit the 2-door correctly.
Hello.
I am looking to upgrade my audio and it looks like to me the IAG pods are the same exact pods as Mabett sells. (SSV is obviously something different.) I was wondering if anyone can confirm/deny if those are the same pods, and also if you had any good or bad experiences you'd like to...
Looks good. I'll mentioned doing this in a Facebook group, and got instant hostility. Several of them said it was a good way to cheapen my Bronco and I was going to "junk it up", etc What's funny is that I did this 10 years ago for my Jeep and it looked great. Good job.
Hello, everyone.
I'm super-picky about the quality of the mods I install. I hate using cheap Chinese junk that breaks in no time at all. It doesn't have to be the flashiest--just looking for a spare tire brake light that will last. I don't want to replace in 6 months because a bunch of the...
No. The ones on my Jeep were vinyl, but I'm okay with nylon or neoprene. But like I said in the post, not looking for a "stick-on" adhesive, plastic looking thing. I'm looking for a material roll bar cover.
Anyone know where I can find these? Was easy for a Jeep. All I see for Broncos are the adhesive plastics, but I'm looking for a complete vinyl covering for the roll bar.
I'm 54, was 52 when I ordered. Got a two-door. I just love the look and proportions so much better. My only child at home doesn't go much of anywhere with me anymore. She's "that age" and getting ready to go to college. I really don't have a need for 4 seats anyway, and the 2-door just...
Here you go. I have all 3 handles, since it's a Wildtrak and not the base. Also, my Wildtrak is brand new, so there's absolutely no wear on these. I would just like the handles to match the outside.
Let me know if you want to trade and if your handles are in good condition.
I'd like to trade for your red grab handles. Blue came with my Wildtrak and I'm not a blue kind of guy. Please send me a message if you're interested. I am located in Kentucky and am happy to drive a bit.
