We are working closely with the customer to give him exactly what he envisioned. The build has actually changed a bit since it began. So there has been a bit of backtracking to get him what he wants in a finished build.

The tailgate hinge is from Havok Offroad. Their full tie carrier kit/hinge is rated up to a 40" tire. Not sure of actual weight rating. It sure looks beefy compared to the stock hinge. I know how bad our stock tailgate squeaks from two years of hitting trails carrying a 37" tire. I am hoping...
