No manual constraint. I ordered my 2024 2dr badlands non SAS with 4cyl and manual in November and it was built 1-2-24. I picked it up from my dealer on 1-19-24

I took delivery of my 2024 2dr non SAS badlands last Friday the 19th. The next day it got my ICON suspension setup I took off my 2022 4dr before selling and new icon wheels with 37” raptor spec KO2

It’s the same rack setup as what is on the bronco raptor which is on 37” so it’s already designed for it

Currently have a 2022 4dr wildtrak. Ordered a 2dr badlands, non Sasquatch, 4cyl, manual, lux in November. No need for Sasquatch since I’m moving my ICON coilovers to the 2dr. Found out yesterday it’s set for production week of 1/1/2024.

Well I have some good insight on doing just what you did. I took my stock wildtrak and put the icon CDEV shock setup with their upper control arms on mine. I didnt do the full system, just alacart for the shocks and upper control arms which are the two crucial things to get. I would say the...

Looks right. The offset should put the shock body farther from the steering link and allow room for beefier links or bracing. That is exactly how I have mine.

I just installed mine last weekend and I found the instructions easy enough to follow. The control module plate fit just fine without having to alter any of the holes either.

Crap. My box from Ford only had the 4 pin plate. It must only come with that kit.

Hoss 3.0 doesn’t change the height compared to hoss 2.0. Your not safe to run 37 on stock lift and do any real off-road running.

Where did you find the 7 pin connector metal mount plate? I had to add the ford hitch myself as well and it only came with a 4 pin plate. My dealer sold me the hitch and the 4 pin wiring that I would need to tap in. I went on etrailer and got their 7 pin plug n play wire harness and bought the...

Common on more than just the bronco. Non issue. The sleeve around the wires can move away a bit. I’ve seen this on many vehicles. I use that connection adding the radar detector in vehicles. There is a mirror tap wire that you take the power and ground to push into this connector for power.

I just ordered myself a front and rear sets of the icon CDEV shocks, the control module kit and UCA that are part of the stage 8 setup. I prioritized these to reduce cost and will add the rest of the rear suspension goodies in phase 2 down the road. I worked with Panda motorworks who were great...
