Gas mileage for the trip?

In this application the 2.3 isn't getting better mpg. In some cases it will get worse mpg than the 2.7. Generally people chose a 4 banger for economic reasons, but in this case besides a few grand upfront there really isn't any.

The 2.3 actually gets worse mileage, so unless you're stuck on the manual (like me) I see absolutely no reason not to go with a 2.7.

I'm glad I don't like this at all. The cheap rubbermaid TM fenders are all I needed to see.

I like the idea of just having the platform that you could throw any tent on, or just sleep on if the weather is nice.

Every compact pickup on the market right now is a knock-off of a Toyota Hilux with a slightly different grill.

I like it, but the A-Team stencil font and graphics really distract from it. I'd like to see a second pass at those details!

If you have to park your custom paint job next to a factory paint job for people to tel the difference, you screwed up. On the other hand, I wish I could afford that kind of bullshit. Congratulations.

It's on the table for me. I still don't love any of the colors. (The green is a safe green that expected, but not what I really wanted.) I'm hoping they will improve their upholstery options for 22 but I'm not holding my breath. - That said, I don't expect 23 to be any different, so why wait?

How does that not have taillights on it? I would not like that hanging off the back. Why not go with a cheap used dinky trailer?

Original Broncos didn't have fender flairs (Only modified ones did.) So scratch those. The new grill is just too big to be anything other than black. Actually that basically goes for everything, even the door handles are too big. 1st Gens had very subtle grills, bumpers, handles and mirrors...

I thought this was a push to see the Bronco on Top Gear/Grand Tour. Bronco/jeep/defender episode would be epic.

I'm in the same boat, only I already requested to be moved to a MY22 a couple months ago. I doubt Ford will do any updates beyond exterior paint colors. They are probably focused so much on fixing the top issues that nothing else will happen. Doubt we will even see the "heritage" edition till MY23.

I reserved in the first 15 minutes and gave up after the first few rounds of people getting build dates and just moved to a my22. Don’t regret it at all.

Seems like the most obvious fix would have been to offer a factory soft top for the 2-door.
