Evening everyone,
I've looked through a myriad of AUX threads and found a lot of good information about wiring lights using the existing AUX switches and the various circuits in the Bronco but I am a novice to wiring and want to make sure I do it right. I have four KC Apollo Pros that I got...
Welcome to the family Scott! Enjoy the new adventures with your kid!
I agree with redone17 and would go with some perch collars or a 2” level instead of doubling 1” levels.
Yeah I agree 100%. Lack of acknowledgement and communication is frustrating. I made that clear with my dealer from the moment I put my deposit down. Their general manager and service advisor have been great but I’ve had less than stellar interactions with some others. I told them I don’t want to...
Sucks to hear but from what you’ve said it seems like the dealer at least seems reasonable. They are fixing the items without much pushback and offering a rental as well. Sounds like the mechanic is lazy and is the problem here. Hope they make it right!
How did you get both the 20mm and the turret on AUX 3? I kept blowing fuzes anytime I used something bigger than 13mm. I can run one or the other but not the turret and 20mm at the same time.
Yes, the Thinkware camera came with an OBD adapter that essentially connects to the existing port with a male end. It has its own female end to place where the old connector was so you don’t lose the ability to connect a code scanner to it. I ran the wires behind the driver side grab handle and...
I can’t speak to the Garmin but I recently installed the Thinkware dash cam that Ford sells (not my preference but I had points burning a hole in my Fordpass account). The thinkware camera comes with an ASS module that connects near the OBD port and tells the camera that power is still needed...
Theoretically it COULD have something to do with 5G cell towers. CarPlay operates at 5GHz which is within the low band that 5G operates in. Bluetooth runs on 2.4GHz and anytime I have CarPlay issues the Bluetooth works just fine.
Mine will not connect at all to wireless CarPlay about 10% of the time when i start the Bronco. It’ll connect Bluetooth no problem but not CarPlay. Wired works just fine but it’s an inconvenience for sure. I used to have an issue where about 5% of the time I started the car, CarPlay would cut in...
@GoatFab I always love supporting American made products! I did have a question about your door hangars. Is the price displayed per hangar or per pair? Looking at the 4-door option. Thanks!
Seems a little extreme to me. First they lose their husbands and then you spray em with Cerakote? Maybe it makes their tears bead up and avoids smearing their mascara? I’d probably just offer a hug and encouraging words but to each their own!
Did you intend to shift directly from 4th to 6th? I can see maybe 4th to 3rd on accident when you meant to shift to 5th and the high RPMs are indicative of an accidental downshift rather than an accidental upshift. Can we get some clarification on what actually happened?
