I came here just to read this thread. We have a 2.7 OBX and added 285 Nittos and WildTrak Wheels. We stayed between 19 and 20 for about 3500 miles and now it just keeps going down. Now we are at 8500 miles and it’s 18.3 today. 🤷‍♂️

I used a thick piece of rubber I cut in squares. It’s been fine for 600 miles. And mine is the MIC 2.0 fwiw. Similar to what mine did with the popping. Started around 1300 miles. I have a fix for it, I’ll post pics tomorrow. As far as the top itself, no issues other than the noise.

Good post. And I’m in the same boats with my OBX 2.7 4 door LUX with MIC top. It’s been flawless. But, if something happens I 100% should expect it. A new model that was delayed and then rushed to market because of a pandemic and the issues with production that came with it will have a few bugs...

I know a handful of guys that have broken Wranglers on 37’s with no upgrades besides a basic 4” kit. You have to know your limits on every vehicle. So looking at the damage on that Bronco isn’t surprising.

I should add I was 7/2 blend.

Im happy Ford built this version but they had a great opportunity to name it something from the Bronco lineage instead of another “Raptor” imo. And the flares are horrible looking imo. Other than that it should be a beast.

I would expect sometime after 10/1. I am waiting on a hardtop and was told chip/top order should start rolling then. I was officially a 7/2 build. Yours and mine are sitting on a lot somewhere. Sucks, but I want mine right.
