Look up spatchcocking for chicken or turkey. IMO it’s the best way to get a perfectly done bird every time. Crisp skin and juicy as can be. Do a lot of over night butt cooks and always love ribs!

Good list! I can't ever find Blantons or Weller but load up when I do. Wathen's is a great lesser known choice. Eagle Rare, Four Roses Small Batch, Michters and Michters Rye, Woodford Double Oaked all excellent. Will have to try B&T. Have also heard good stuff about Yellow Rose.
