So with the new list of accessories, I have new questions. Hopefully the experience here will help...
Old question still applies, but is the SAS parts removed with the 2ā lift? Or will it basically āequateā to a 3.5ā lift? Yes, I know SAS is only 1.2ā
I want to run 37ās, so I need enough...
Love this list!
main questions I have are
if the 5.13 gears and rear will be a good balance for 37s on highway driving / power.
And
if the 2ā lift works with that, and/or SAS (because I am heavily leaning towards WT)
Iām squarely locked into this discussion with my wife...
Before the Bronco was announced, we had decided on a Rubicon. Now that the Bronco is .... pending... the decision was put on hold until we can see and drive one.
Then came the talk of the Warthog.... and the questions about it. Engine...
So my thoughts...
1 I donāt see the 2ā and Sas combo being a thing. Most lists, when done right, replace parts to ensure the angles and geometry are correct.
2 what are the differences between the SAS, 2ā, and say the Warthog? Seems to be application depending... the SAS is probably the āall...
Iāve got 3 craftsman tool rolls (one in each vehicle) where I keep my wrenches, them a canvas bag for the socket sets and screwdrivers. Last is another for roadside emergency items. Really helps keep things neat and stored easily.
Which is what I figure Iād be doing anyway, unless those came within a no hassle lifetime warranty. I donāt go cheap on my roadside tools, especially for my wifeās car.
So I got through half this thread and love all the info provided! What I donāt see yet, and maybe it was asked in the last half, did anyone else catch it when he said ātool rollā? Do we have any information on what tools are included? That caught my attention immediately since I have built a...
A question Iām having has to do with the rear cargo, specifically the 2 door... we have seen a lot of the 4 door read area, including the slide out table...but next to nothing about the 2 door. We can we expect more regarding the 2 door?
Also, I know Jeep has someunder storage in the rear...
My wife and I had been talking about getting a Jeep for a while. When the Bronco came out, I was short bus field trip excited! She wasnāt, at first. She is now after I showed her some of the pics and videos.
So, I admittedly do not tow currently. I am considering a small camping trailer after I get a Bronco, so what would be a realistic towIng capacity for a smaller vehicle like the Bronco?
With more and more vehicles being small SUVs and crossovers, Iād expect them to tow more than commuter cars...
Given the supposed door size difference between the 2 and 4 door, and unlikely offering of only 2 of the 4 door version, Iād say if the 4 door doesnāt look right then thatāll be your answer.
Would it help to develop if we have a āPurposeā questionnaire? Something that would then lead you to links to posts or something?
Example:
What type of terrain do you plan to explore?
Mountains
-Snow
-Dirt
-Rock
Sand
-Hard
-Soft
-Mix
Country
-Flat
-Hills
-Mud
Where?
-Desert Southwest
-Great...
As the community builds and more enthusiasts roll in, Iām hoping the experienced folks could start some sort of Bronco trail wiki... really just want to have the community help us new folks āforge a new trailā. I know there are plenty of Jeep forums that are full of that sort of information, but...
