I have a res with Boerne Ford and they are adding a $1300 protection package that they say is mandatory...lol! Plus I've called several times and have even stopped in but still no follow up. I'm willing to travel but want to keep it in the line star State if possible.

I went to visit and check in with the dealership I have reserved with today. After checking in I asked if there was any thing I would have to pay above MSRP. I was then informed that they do a "mandatory" new vehicle protection package for $1299.00. He stated this was done on every new vehicle...

I'm wondering if anyone else is reconsidering the black diamond due to the vinyl seats not sounding very comfortable in a daily basis....especially in South Texas!
