2022 Ducati Streetfighter V2
Just picked up a 2007 Yamaha R6 track bike from my buddy who built up a totaled insurance claim.
Just sold my 2016 BMW M3 yesterday so I can throw all my money into motorcycles! Plus I can get 2 track days on the bike for every one on the car for the price! :p
Three seat delete for now! Nothing fancy for the front passenger spot. Just had some supplies that I stacked and then some cardboard to level it out. Worked fine for a night’s sleep!
I’m not super tall, but I think the seat removal will be best. The driver’s side has the rear tailgate latch bump out which was slightly interfering. Drivers side is definitely tighter so I don’t think that will work.
Uhaul motorcycle trailer is the play for now. Basically $25/day includes...
What distance do you get from the back of the seat to the tailgate door? I get about 5’ and then the incline of my bed rest starts due to the front seat.
Slept in the Bronco Friday and Saturday and it wasn’t great but not terrible either. Definitely room for improvement. I need a few more...
Yeah, I am considering doing that. I thought that the seat belt latches would cause a weird bump, so that is good to know that they don’t. I might take my front passenger seat out for the weekend (doing a trip and sleeping in the Bronco) and that would give me a light as well. I don’t feel like...
Built a platform for my 2DR.
23/32 OSB plywood 4x8
Indoor/outdoor carpet
3M spray adhesive
9/16 staples
Piano hinge
Cut the plywood at Home Depot. Asked for 53” got it cut to ~53 3/4”. Still fit (luckily) in the Bronco for the trip home.
Cut to 42” wide for the rear and cut an angle using...
@Preheateddinner Did you do anything to address the seat belt error messages that come up with the rear seats removed? I removed my seats yesterday and will be building a platform like yours today. Would prefer to not have the airbag and seat belt warnings.
Sas looks better IMO and gets you the gears if you go for the automatic. If manual, it’s a steep price for some wheels and tires that will be plentiful takeoffs soon enough.
Sidesteps are TAC. I really like them. Just enough of a step to help get in and out and they don’t hang low or look out of place. Easy install. Price is good too.

When I saw this thread, I did a Carvana and a Vroom offer to see what they would give me for my 2.7L 2DR BaseSquatch.
Carvana - $54,000 :sneaky:
Vroom - $38,000 :ROFLMAO:
Sticker: $41,375
Had a $975 voucher when I purchased since I had a Badlands on order at the October voucher calculation...
@thatspecialbeat Just turn off auto updates. When you need to update, rent a car beforehand and BOOM! problem solved! Bronco is updated and you have a bug out vehicle if shit his the fan! :ROFLMAO:
I had a 2017 Focus RS that had a “Customer Satisfaction Program” on the head gasket issue. IIRC, the plant put mustang 2.3L head gaskets on Focus RS engines which didn’t have cutouts for cooling channels that the RS 2.3L had. I also vaguely remember this being a mandatory program that could deny...
The Bronco fob is big but apparently the JL fob is a monster!

Just look at the second post!
