That looks virtually identical to the JCR tailgate table. Mine weighs 25 lbs.

JCR makes their rear shelf and even a front winch bumper in aluminum. Broaddict tailgate table is aluminum. Trailrax roof racks are aluminum. I think just about everyone makes a version of something to suit your needs in aluminum. Not too hard to find.
