I wouldn't buy a Cybertruck for the following reasons:
1. The warrantIes on the other Tesla vehicles can be voided if:
a. You hit a pothole
b. Vehicle is driven on a dirt road
(The CT Warranty could be the same)
2. The CT's weight will cause the following:
a. Tires to be...
I replaced the running boards with Rocksliders. I really like them because the steps drop down and make it much easier to get in and out of my OBX. Its a great option if you or passengers are short, have knee problems, older, or other medical issues.
The neat thing that I like about the Broncoes is that they are modular. If the frame isn't bent, you should be okay. I hope the person that hit you has enough insurance to cover the damage. Here in TX, I'm getting concerned with people not carrying any indurance and it is becoming a bigger...
If you have a hard top, let me suggest upgrading the window tint. I am looking at a couple of options and ceramic tinting is what I'm leaning towards to help keep the vehicle cooler inside.
I live in an area where we are getting 100% coverage of the eclipse and I want to upgrade my 26 year old 10" reflector. I want to capture the diamond ring too, weather permitting.
I have an OBX non-lifted 4dr 2.7L. My OBX is a daily driver, but no plans to do heavy/extreme offroading as our roads are crappy and can be challenging in themselves. I am leaning on Icon Stage 4 Billet for lifting. Between lifting, wheels, and tires the cost will be around $8K.
I am so cheap that my ass squeaks! I bought some velcro squares at Lowe's and taped the opener to the dash board. It doesn't look bad for a $3.00 solution.
BTW, Go Raiders! Class of '88
I'm in a quandary to lift my OBX or use money for other things like buying other things like a telescope for next year's solar eclipse. Both will be the same cost.
I noticed that defect on my OBX and I'm a bit pissed to say the least. I hope Ford looks at changing these tops out or give us a refund of some sort. I paid way too much.
I hate hail and I'm sorry to hear about everyone who got caught in hail or suffered hail damage. I bought a sealskin cover to protect my Bronco from hail. I wasn't impressed with it. There are better products out there that cost $1200 that places a bubble around the vehicle for protection...
