Just passed 51k on my 2021 Badlands, no replacement windshield for me (yet), but feel it is bound to happen.
Looking forward to seeing your product in action!
No rattles from the quick release, did have an issue with the window mounts rubbing on the body and creating a small popping noise and squeak after my Colorado trip.
Had to make some adjustment to those brackets as there is very little tolerance. I also put some cloth tape on the edge to...

Ordered, delivered. Unfortunately got two middles instead one of them being a left and wasn't able to install properly.
Should I go through Amazon for return?

MINIMUM 12 - 16 weeks was on the order page, but not sure if that was specific to the Bronco rack.
It did say that you want to get an order in if you want to enjoy in 2023.
Most O'Reilly stores have these in stock and ready to roll. Easy to install.

So, went to the tint shop today and the factory tint on a 4 door was 17% in the back and 82% in the front.
I left the back alone, did a 35% on the front to almost bring them to match.
I also did a 50% sunset strip and it did the trick for me.
Alright, my shoes.. they are Cole Haan Zerogrands, by far the most comfortable dress shoe I have ever worn. Gotta make a living to pay off this Bronco!
I had the same problem in a Wrangler 4 door, much more comfortable in the Bronco, and head room wasn't even any concern in the front. I posted earlier about the fabric from the soft top resting on my head in the back seat while it was open, closed is fine.
Doors are thinner than standard SUV/Truck (still felt solid), was able to get some angle, and there wasn't any sharp edges to contend with for comfort, unless you throw a hard water bottle in the mesh, that would be a problem.
