I had mine in for this recently. It was corrupted data in the BCM. Not sure if FORSCAN was the culprit or not but I went back in and put all the settings back that I changed before and no issues.
So how did they fix the service charging system issue? I have mine going in for the driveshaft recall in a few weeks and I am having them look at that too.
Installed mine myself. It is pretty ridiculous that you have to have a dealer or ASE certified shop install it. I didn't even watch a video, just followed the directions. My guess is they want you to have it done at those places in case you somehow brick your bronco during the installation.
I have the same cover. It will leak if it pool's on top and you have the top off. I learned the hard way. Luckily it wasn't a lot of water that leaked. Now if I use it and it's going to rain and my top is off, I stand a broom up inside so the water runs down.
The door panel scratches look like it's from taking the door off and not using the rubber guards that come in the glove box kit. I had the same scratches in the same area from not using mine the first time.
So what was the one you ordered that was just built? Doesn't make sense if it's another 4 door and you're trying to get rid of the one you impatiently bought. I'd probably flag you as a flipper too. Some people don't even have their 1st ordered from '20 and that would be your 3rd.
I just added a powered sub similar to the Kicker and I tapped into the kick panel speakers. The signal turns on the sub if you have the button set correctly to DC. You don't have to run the blue remote wire to anything if you wire it this way.
