In San Diego - Traded my 21 Big Bend (4dr, 2.3L, hard top, non-sas, 20K miles) last month and got $38K, about 2K less than I paid for it. Looking around here, Broncos are now everywhere and every Ford dealer I've seen has around 10-15 of them on the lot. I'm sure with a private sale I could have...
Will be interesting to see how they market this vs. the new 4runner, which is also supposed to launch as a 2025 model sometime next year. But Toyota really listened to customers and the market on this one and I think it will be a huge success. Now if they would just allow reservations/pre-orders....
Wellā¦ road trips are usually 4-5 grown adults, two dogs, and luggage/supplies for a weekend. Having all that in the noisy bucking Bronco for six or seven hours wears you out. Not to mention having to be happy with 19 mpg. The Bronco was our primary and daily driver, so it had to serve as our...
Ok, just to clarify - the Broncoās replacement is a larger 8 passenger AWD SUV with all the comfy bells and whistles. Nothing hardcore, but will get me through the snow, to campsites, etc. without killing me on road trips with the family loaded up with people, luggage, and dogs.

What Bronco?
Seriously though, looks great.
I never thought that a modern camo pattern like this would look good on a vehicle - then I saw how it improved the looks of the Cybertruck by like 1000% in the recent spy shots.
Yesterday on the trail a 2-dr broke down and stopped working because someone said to it "oh, look at that cute pudgy little one with no friends inside". It was obviously embarrassed and could no longer go on. Luckily there were some 4-dr models full of interesting people and gear to help cheer...
All they do is allow for the removal of that plastic cover over the strike plates. Just makes them easier to adjust.
FYI - I did end up putting some thin flat washers between the frame mount and plates to lower them a tiny bit. Seemed to help the top seal a lot. You can't lower it much though...
I took the 1/8" weather stripping and wrapped it around the crossbar. It's thin enough so the part that wraps around it and closes with velcro still works properly but now the top doesn't flap and snap against the bar.
