Congrats on your MSRP win!!! There is no place for greedy dealers. Ford is trying to control these guys...let's hope they do before the next change Ford makes will be to remove dealerships from the future business model. Consumer direct would be really nice!

I received the same messages from Ford. Most of the feedback on here is saying the same thing...the dealer screwed up. Now what? Wish they would contact Ford to correct the issue. I can't leave the dealer without losing any benefits like being first in line for a 2022 Raptor... FML.

I have regular communication with the dealership by phone and email. Spoke to them 2 weeks ago to follow up on the order. No mention of my FE being 99'd.

Unfortunately, my 4 door FE can not be ordered with a roof rack, running boards and tow package...so they will be first. Next, wheels.

According to my dealer rep, no deposit will be required for both reservations I currently hold - FE and WT. Let's see what happens when I place the orders...

I hope your dealer is right regarding the racks, this was pushing me closer toward holding out for 2022. We still have to deal with NO tow package on the 4 door with sas on the 2021 models and doors can NOT be stored in the back if we add the slide out tailgate (late avail, dealer install only)...

Let's hope they can figure out how to include all the items we've been sold that are NOT avail the 2021 model year. A couple of FE examples...NO towing package on 4 door (what a joke), NO ext tailgate if we want to carry doors, NO roof rails on 4 door with Sas (WTF?) etc etc etc. :rolleyes:

So according to the video, min 14, he clearly says...if you want a 4 door with Sas, you can't get roof rails and to wait for 2022...WTH? Before I lose my mind, can we order the rails from the dealer after delivery OR will they simply not be compatible?
