    I've never been screwed by the salesman, I just walk out. When I was young they would try the hold your license game. I told one salesman I was calling the police because he was keeping me hostage. Its a negative experience with the games that are played. If they've never tried that with you, great.

    I agree. It will be easy for them to say it was never specifically mentioned. It's lame but it is what it is. I think the amount of people who won't follow through on their order is minimal due to this

    Where did Mike Levine ever confirm x-plan? Ford has done a poor job of rolling this out, but I have never seen a post that guaranteed x-plan. Just bargain with your dealer or find one that will.

    All the dealers are throwing around promises. My only concern is to get my Bronco. As long as they take x-plan I'm in. I would go to Kearny Mesa if they have demo units at some point.

    I'm John. My assigned dealer is Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park. I live in Cypress so it's close but their communication sucks! I'm going to switch to Villa Ford or Kearny Mesa. Villa is pretty good at answering questions. The only thing they don't know if they will have a display model.
