Yeah, that's a good description for sure, and describes what I've seen in the videos. The tough part that I've seen is hooking onto the latch inside the door and then getting that to stay as you tighten the bolt while you put the handle back in the door holes.

Hold on! Finding a video that shows both removing AND reattaching door handles without removing the entire panel is proving elusive. Reassembly can be a real puzzle, but I'm still cautiously optimistic here that it might be a different story...
Got some trail rashes on one of my wheel's beauty rings. At least it's the ring and nothing too important. However, will this eventually rust?
