I tend to agree with those predicting Everglades as a new trim level for mudding. Everglades= 37” tires, all weather/washable interior, winch?, special guards, possibly special green color? Likely i am wrong but lets see.

Doesn’t FORD (and most other OEMS) sell lots of manuals into EU where emissions Regs are as Strict or stricter than USA? , just a guess on my part however my guess is the manual isn’t offered on 2.7 due to either HP limitations (Of transmission) or to manage complexity in factory.

How feasible/conceivable is it that it could be a truck version that ford just installed a fake camper to make it appear (under camo) the shape of the 4 door ? Is this even possible?
