Are you shipping by rail or convoy. If by rail, go to this thread below and follow the instructions. You will get an email notifying when your VIN has been delivered to the dealer. The email is sent in real time, on the same day that delivery takes place.

Yeah I wanted to order the hood protector and 4 dr cargo liner, but the shipping is $94 to me. Would like to support you guys but that's a little too steep. If something is done to address the high shipping costs let us know.

Any update on this. Same thing happened to me today on the way home from picking it up from the dealer. Mine just says “service vehicle soon”. Nothing about service 4x4. But that same message about drive train malfunction was sent to my app.

The day has finally come. My dealer just called to say it arrived on the lot 30 minutes ago. FYI, the pizza tracker EDD updated from 2/3 to 2/7 last night. The backdoor tracker remained the same at 1/27-2/3. Neither have been updated to "delivered" at this time.
