Huh this doesn't look like it'd be much a problem at all. I'm a total novice when it comes to rock crawling, but we went over much bigger obstacles then this at the Bronco Off-Roadeo in Nevada
@Razorbak86 NOW we're talking 😂
In all seriousness, I guess in today's day and age of free 2day shipping offered by many, and free shipping offered by almost everyone, it was just a surprise to see shipping over $15.
This has been happening to me occasionally. The lock / unlock just will stop working on my FOB. I have to then manually unlock the car, then I get the alert that the alarm will go off if I don't start the car, but I will then simply start the car and the FOB works perfectly again. This has...
It's not the IT team, it's the copyrighters. The IT team just makes sure everything is up and running and built to spec. They're not the ones proofreading it.
Yeah the more I'm thinking about it, I think it was a naive speculation. I guess they should've said that it has the capability to have a "best in class crawl ratio".
Yup – still no news of the Sasquatch being paired with the MT. The reason they stated is that the Sasquatch package comes with automatic-only features (e.g. Trail Control and Trail Turn Assist)
Yeah you're correct based on what I understand about gearing ratio. Your acceleration and torque will be faster across the board, but your top speed will take a hit. Hitting 80 mph with 4.7 gear ratios will result in higher RPMs than it would with the 4.46 or the auto.
Probably the 4.46. You'll still have a ton of torque and acceleration, but wouldn't be swimming in super high RPMs 70+
You can see which trims offer this from Ford's sheet
The trim differences are incredibly relevant. Only rear lockers on the BD versus twin lockers on the Badlands, sway bar disconnects, type of front axel (190 vs 210), final drive ratios... just to name a few.
