Has anyone posted a side by side image of Badlands non-Sasquatch and Badlands Sasquatch? So we can see the difference in tires form the 33s and 35s (and perhaps suspension, if there is a visual difference based on that so-called 1" lift)
Like I said, I don't have experience with it. But I've read enough posts now from people who have had Wranglers or other truck with 35s and were saying that the 35 MTs (obviously a dif tire, but the tread patterns are probably similar due to the intended use) cause softness and other issues in...
I have First Edition and Wildtrak reserved. I'm now leaning toward Badlands with the 33s. Since I haven't had a Wrangler before, and don't do much off-roading (but still want the truck to look badass), I didn't realize how the 35 mt tires are supposedly noticeably bad in snow and wet...
Wait, for all the people here who said they are switching to Badlands, no one really explained the reason (besides the sway bar). Are you just doing it because adding all the options on the Badlands will still be cheaper than the Wildtrak?
Yea I started with Cactus Gray and White Top because that's what my wife loved. But now she's kind of soured on it and wants me ot get a more masculine look so I want a gunmetal/metallic color similar to the Jeep Wrangler metallic color. That always looks great on these types of vehicles. It...
I agree -- however, we've seen like a half dozen bad photos of CG now lol. So pretty iffy. But you're right -- we should reserve judgment till we see more. I'm hoping that Carbonized Gray looks really mean.
Yes, initially I only wanted Cactus Gray with the white top. But now the Cactus Gray just isn't looking as rich as the promo pics.... So now I may lean the other direction and get a more masculine version (the original Cactus Gray with white was mostly going to be for my wife).
So for the more...
Lol its so hard to tell if thats good or not. I think it looks metallic? I was googling Carbonized Gray Bronco and some of the images look very light gray... just bizarre looking. But again, I have YET to see a Bronco test vehicle or whatever in Carbonized Gray.
Thanks. While in this thread, last I checked there were not any photos of the carbonized gray in person. Have those ever come out? Has anyone seen a carbonized gray outside of the image renders on the Ford website?
I'm hoping that the Carbonized Gray is similar to the Jeep Wrangler's Metallic...
I disagree. When you purchase massive TV ad buys and show the Cactus Gray with the White Top, you should have the White Top available. I mean this is just absurd that they would put that much promotional work showing off the white top and then not have it as an option.
Initially I only wanted Cactus Gray with the White Top, as my wife was really into it and she was going to drive the vehicle a lot. Now, after the passage of time, I think we're going to get a more masculine look with the metallic or shadow gray, whatever its called. Black top.
Initially I only wanted the Cactus Grey with the White Top since my wife liked that one. But now after seeing some of the new images, I'm not so sure about it since it seems a little washed out looking. If that doesn't work, then I want to get a meaner looking machine so I'm thinking the...
In terms of cheaper with wildtrak, what do you lose getting the Wildtrak over Badlands besides the sway bar? Can I get the steel bumpers on the Wildtrak for extra? I know Wildtrak is only automatic. But what else would I lose by getting Wildtrak over Badlands (and then upgrading the Badlands to...
Yea, I'm buying the Cactus Gray for my wife (and me). Otherwise I'd get black. But the white top is key. Also, I like how tall the truck is compared to the girl in that pic. Hopefully she's not 5 feet tall though.
Yea i mean, this photo you posted earlier with the white top, those 33s look big enough. Make the truck just look awesome. This really makes me less interested in Sasquatch and more interested in just the standard badlands with the 33s. Of course, I am not a hard core off-roader. My point is...
Explain Leonardtown's deal for me with actual numbers. Let's say the truck with all the options I want is $60,000. What is the Leonard Town discount in actual numbers (ie $3,000 off, etc) compared to X-Plan (which I have)? I'm just trying to see how much I would save to drive 90 minutes from...
