And this one drives me crazy. Keep hearing about “federal regulations”. I want a two door with a Bimini top. Could not care less about the MIC. Send me one with a top made out of paper plates…I DONT CARE. so frustrating.

My understanding is Ford will not ship a two door with ANY soft top. Two doors roll out with MIC only. Same as Wildtrak. If they would let me have my two door with that fast back bestop soft top I would take that right now. The top’s coming off immediately anyway… I’m putting a Bimini top...

Feel ya. Very similar time stamp. #2 at my dealer. But I did it to myself with the badlands 2dr with sas/lux/2.7. I think my build is gonna put me behind a lot of other vehicles with much later time stamps. 🤬 is right.

Thanks. I’m fine with a Bimini for now. Assume I’ll buy an aftermarket soft top like I had on my cj7 when it comes available. Mostly I’ll be hard top on or Bimini anyway. Now if I could just get the MIC in black.

Really dislike the grey. Such a weird unnecessary decision. It should be black. And all of the black trim should actually match. That Being said, I’ve asked before and generally was told yes with no details, but can a MIC top be painted black aftermarket? Will a painted MIC top hold up...
