22 Sas with 17k. Noticed this rotating tires. No accidents, don’t see any creases in the tailgate. I’m guessing over torqued and/or maybe temp fluctuations. I’ll check with the dealer. Anyone else?
Seems like there’s more than a few people that had the rev D Synchro TSB done and then the noise returned (myself included).

I had a couple barely hanging on as well that I replaced. Wouldn’t hurt to squirt a little fluid film in there before PPF. I wish I would have done that years ago on my 24 year old F-150.
I wouldn’t hesitate to cover them in PPF. They aren’t supposed to be removable as far as I can tell, though a few of mine fell off and had to be replaced.
After I had my MT TSB done I looked over the work when I got home. Found a couple undone clips and a loose fuel line that was flopping around and rubbing on the trans. Took a video for the dealer and they had me come back in the next day. Turns out the tech forgot to install a fuel line bracket...
I may be confused. The way I described will work if factory fog lights are equipped and FORScan is stock.
If the fog lights turn off when the high beams come on, that signal can be used to get power to aux lighting with a NC relay.
