It's crazy. Literally trying to tax me on money I did not spend. I could understand if it's a private sale person to person but a purchase from a established dealership? Serious overeach imo.
Just got a nice letter from the Commonwealth stating I owe additional tax on my vehicle purchase for the difference between the reported purchase price and the perceived Value of Asset, $51,725. I payed under $40,000 out the door. So, now I need to prove to the Commonwealth that's what I payed...
Damn, just saw this about the allocations. Crappy way to treat dealers. I put in the PRP mgv seat covers. Quality is very nice, the vinyl is pretty thick. Install took a little over an hour or so for the first one then about 45 minutes for the second. Twisting my old high mileage shoulders to...
For me, it's 2dr. My kids are grown and I used the back seat in my Crosstrek maybe 6-7 times in the 9 years I owned it. I also think the 2 Dr looks better. That said, my cousin and his wife were in he back for a 15-20 minute ride, both said there was plenty of room there once you were in.
I ordered the PRP MGV covers for the front seats. Went with dark gray back and light gray seating area. The interior is so dark I think it will be a nice contrast. It's not all that light colored anyway.
Installed a wireless charger this morning. Took about 45 minutes and was pretty straightforward. I did not have to remove the 2 screws holding the boot assembly to the shifter although that may have made it easier overall. They face forward and I could not find my stubby. It should be a nice...
Quick update, brought the Bronc back to Chapman for the windshield replacement. They gave me a very nice F150 to use overnight. No issues, replaced and got it back now.
I just installed the Infinity reference speakers, dash and roll bar. What a difference. Easy less than 45 minute job. Get the harnesses, crimp the connectors on and pop em in.
Thanks my man! Glad yours got sorted out too. I had 43 miles when I got it and it was very clean. When these tires need replacing I'm going with 285/70's. Slightly taller (.6") and beefier width (+1.2"). The speedometer issue isn't too bad if I don't get around to the Forscan flash.

Home in the driveway. It's pretty surreal. Just swapped out the antenna for now. Badges and tailgate table tomorrow. Might pack up the dog, take out the tops and go for a drive....
