    Does anyone know of, in Forescan perhaps, there is a way to increase the sensitivity of the daylight sensor mounted on the dash? I installed 3M Crystalline film to the windshield. It does a great job of cutting down the UV and IR rays but unfortunately it also causes the headlights to come on...

    You won't hit the metal tab and you will bend it while removing it. Yes, it has happened to me several times. I just need to find some replacement tabs. It looks like they should just pop off and on.

    I too am planning on trying this install but first I will do the Mabett dome light. One question though, is the Mabett dome light as bright as the 21 Offroad version? I would rather go through Amazon but if the 21Odffroad is brighter then I'll go that route.

    I understand about the PWM circuit and that tapping into it won't work however, I have now seen two separate YouTube videos where it appears to have been done successfully.
