Sorry to hear about Thor and the sudden loss. He is a beautiful dog. Our family is getting ready for the inevitable with our 10 year old Boxer/Ridgeback mix and took him to Merus Adventure Park over spring break for some wheeling. Hoping to get a few more trips in with him.
I had the same exact issue driving back from Angel Fire to Central Texas. Really cold in the mountains and it was very windy. Didn't really stop until we got passed Lubbock due to all the wind. The creaking and popping are more annoying to me, everything I do only fixes it short term.
Same thing happened to us on our way to Big Bend. Safelite got an OEM windshield, installed and calibrated the camera. You have to call them directly though, they won't offer OEM over the internet appointments. It took a couple of weeks for them to get it in.
I have a similar rattle in the B pillar. For me it is coming from where the seat belt loops through the clip that rotates. If I push on that area the rattle instantly stops. I plan on putting something there to fill up the space. I had to something similar on my F150.

I am going with BB 4 door. This is my build vs. the standard WT 4 door and I was coming out with the same thing. And I prefer the base lights over the signature ones. You can search for the Big Bend Redemption thread.

I agree, I have brought this up recently in a different thread. Doesn't make sense to me to get a standard optioned WT when you can put the same options on a BB for almost 2K less.
I am curious to know if anyone has changed their minds in builds since B&P has been updated.
I've been playing with the BB and WT on the updated B&P and it looks like I can build a BB for a little over 1K cheaper than the standard WT and to me it appears to be pretty much the exact same build...
