It could have been a technical issue who knows. I called after I got that email reply. I told them what I said in my email to them. The conversation on the phone was like talking to a deer in headlights.

Just sharing this because I see one of the dealers was brought up in this thread. We traded a few emails in the past about my 21 order (7/31/2020 reservation date). The 13th arrived and I go to send an email about the banks opening and this happened right after. No, I didn't attempt to email 3...

I think I'm starting to regret falling into the trap. Probably too late to move my 2021/2022 bronco order to a different dealer. 😕
