  1. What would be a realistic towing capacity?

With the 3,500lb towing capacity, would a 1,800lb dry weight pop-up trailer (20’) be doable? I’ve never towed before, so I have no clue what to expect for total weight after throwing gear in there, not to mention a wife and 3 kids in the bronco.
  2. Black Diamond Bronco Thread

I’ve been staying up late contemplating which I want more if I can’t afford both... The heated seats from the mid package or the awesomeness that is the Sasquatch package. I don’t even live where is snows, but damn if I don’t love a warm ass on a cold winter morning.
  3. Am I the only one that thinks Bronco would have competed the FJ Cruiser?

I loved my FJ. Had a 3” OME lift, 33” BFG KO2’s and the factory rear locker. Great off road. It was my daily driver for a job that required a lot of driving and I put a TON of miles on it in the 6 years I had it. Both of the catalytic converters went out which was $$$, but no other issues. I...

  6. Northern California dealership discussion

I heard from Folsom Lake Ford in Folsom this morning. They said they will honor X-plan. I had previously seen information floating around that they won’t.
  7. Ford Update: Bronco Build & Price coming in **SEPTEMBER** with ordering in December

Where did you read this? I would like to sit on it and take delivery early 2022 if possible. I’ll have a much larger down payment that way.
  8. What will your Bronco be towing?

Can someone give me a towing education? I’ve never towed before. I have my heart set on a new bronco. My wife has her heart set on a pop up tent trailer. I’m hoping to make both happen. Most pop ups seem to be between 2k-3k lbs dry weight. I just have no clue how close I can/should get to max...
  9. For those of you with families / kids, is it big enough?

I’m watching this thread closely. My wife just had our 3rd (and final) child. All of them are 4 and under. It may be a deal breaker if I can’t fit 3 car seats across a 4 door. It won’t be our main family car, but we’ll use it a lot on weekend adventures. I currently drive a 2016 Subaru Forester...
  10. Black Diamond Bronco Thread

I previously owned a Toyota FJ Cruiser, which I loved. Took it on a few overlanding adventures in the sierras. Had to sell it 8 years ago to pay off the wife’s student loans. I’ve been dreaming of a 4x4 ever since. This is my chance! The black diamond gives everything I loved about my FJ, plus...
