Make sure your name matches the warranty order form exactly in the app. mine wasn't showing up because i had a nickname entered into the app instead of my legal name. Once i corrected it took a few minutes and then it showed up in the app.

I’m having the same problem. First the middle latch wouldn’t catch and now I can’t latch the front at all. Is there any adjustments I can do or is this a dealer fix? I am NOT handy. are they trying to say you cant move the soft top back one position alone??? That would be moronic.

I took the sides and back off and dropped the top all the way down. Then put all the way back up again. It fit with the front latches but the middle will not catch.

Add me to the list of people having this problem. I took out the side windows and rear and put it up and down five times before it finally clicked. There is definitely something wrong. I think the soft top is pulling back a quarter inch or more because you can see the gap up front.
