A little update: so far they have survived the Winter 4x4 jamboree in Sand Hollow park in Hurricane Utah (4- runs rated 4-6), Death. Valley, and several local runs. It doesn’t appear they have taken any hard direct hits, but they are holding up. I doubt they will take many hard direct hits...

I’m looking for a way to protect the front shock studs and nuts that protrude through the lower control arm. I’ve found several that offer complete skid plates for the lower control arm that protects these bolts. I’m not sure I want to add unsprung weight to the suspension. What I’d like to...
