I haven't seen a template but some of my customers have drilled their own holes for nutserts. Main advice seems to be to use a new or sharp drill bit as the roll bar is made of a very strong boron steel.
I've never reset the trip computer on my non-squatch Badlands 4dr since I bought it and at about 35k miles I believe I'm in the 15.5 - 15.7 range (I don't check often) with a good mix of highway road trips in there.
I call myself a "weekend overlander" while daily driving my Badlands. I keep my awning and RTT on for much of the summer and remove them in the winter. My JCR roof rack allows me to take the front and middle panels off anytime however the middle is covered by the RTT so I don't really remove...
Don't have the issue with the dry climate here in Utah, but I've seen and heard a lot of issues with the rear compartment under the liner (where the jack is stowed). Flip that door up and see if it's wet in there.
I can't believe nobody offers one yet. I'm waiting for the mesh suppliers to slightly pivot to canvas but it's not happening. My plan B is to make it myself and maybe even sell it, however, I know that as soon as I'm done, a large manufacturer will release theirs.
If raining while parked and you have the garage door opener in the visor, then fold the visors down so they don't accumulate water. That's the only thing I've found that isn't waterproof/water-resistant.
Honestly, if it were me, I'd definitely go with a lower trim that better suits your needs, is easier on your wallet, and has fewer long-term failure points. You don't need the heavy bash plates, you don't need front lockers, the rock rails or the sway bar disconnect. All of those things are...
I stayed on WSW. If I knew about Eye of the Whale arch, I definitely would have checked it out. I'll be back, so I'll have to check that out next time.
Interesting thought though about trail apps suggesting diversions. The Bronco Trail App was pretty linear, like most apps, in keeping you on...
Looks a lot better than my first experience. Interesting that the steering indicator (bottom middle) doesn't seem to be accurate, but I'd take that over the crashing issues. Glad they're staying dialed in, monitoring reviews and releasing fixes.
I tried it on a few trails at Bronco Safari and had mostly the same experience as everyone here with frequent app crashes, video rotated 90 degrees (no matter my orientation), no audio and wtf with the need to re-login when you're on a trail with no service?
I did find it useful on my last...
Looks great! Let me know if you have any ideas on how I can redesign this to be more soft top compatible. All of my ideas seem to add a lot more complexity and cost to the design.
I might add slots to the mounting holes on the traction board brackets so you only have to loosen the bolts to...
You’re the first one to post the shelf! Looks awesome, and I love to see that it fits well on a Braptor as well! Let me know what you’re able to stuff up there. I’m trying to find an appropriately sized cargo net for it now and I’ll keep you all updated.
Yep, I use these from McMaster Carr for my Traction Board Brackets
"18-8 Stainless Steel Socket Head Screws Black Oxide, M8 x 1.25 mm Thread, 20 mm Long"

I mounted an Element extinguisher to the driver's side bracket.
I had the same issue with 4a and the dealer had to replace the transfer case module and all is well now. It was behaving like it was in 4h rather than 4a.
With regard to the cameras, I have to assume it’s a legal issue. I’m hoping we can get a forscan update to fix it some day.
