I’ve got a lot of experience driving turbos. If you aren’t hard in the boost your can will be empty. I’ve had massive differences just based on what I did between oil changes. Track days and auto cross? Tons of oil. Traffic and around town? Almost none.
I just got out of the break in period in my 2.7 Badlands. Now that I’m willing to just pin it to the floor the 2.7 seems very powerful. I don’t feel much lag while passing but I’ve driven turbo cars for years so it probably depends what you’re comparing it to.
I feel like people are really sleeping on the 2.7 it’s an amazing engine. It’s got so much potential I expect to see a lot of 400+ hp tunes once the aftermarket really digs into it.
Same all I want is a stage 1 93 octane map. Should give a nice power boost and smooth throttle response if it’s like every other map I’ve had from them.
They do have Ecoboost maps. I'm hoping they put out a Bronco map too.
