I agree with the JL soft top being pretty easy to use. owned many Jeeps over the years and this softtop is by far the best one. I picked up a cover for mine, really helps with visibility.
Hey, same as me. Replacing my Q5 with a 4 door Bronco, keeping my 2 door Rubicon also picked up a Tacoma this past spring for the shop I drive to work most of the time.
My teenage daughter wanted to see the country so from 2016 thought 2019 I took off 2-3 weeks each summer and we have done long road trips around the country. The trips were ususally around 5000 miles. Also mixed in a few shorter trips that were about a week long.
Unfortunately we needed to...
Also have about a 650 sq/ft covered patio with with built in counter/grill and a TV on the back of the house. Since we built a custom house were able to add some unique features.
Housing values (and prop taxes) have been shooting up in this area with all the companies and people moving here.
By design, average 3 car garage in the Austin area is about 600 sq/ft, mine is about 1000 sq/ft. Part of the reason I built a new house a few years ago.
We built a new house a couple years ago and made sure to get 8' doors (have about 93" opening) and went 27' deep on the garage. Out of the norm here, most garages are only 20' to 21' deep in this area. But that extra 6'-7' made such a big difference.
Was never a big fan of that dash, luckily I got the grey dash since I went with the Punk'n color. At least the rest of the interior is black and those insert aren't to difficult to pull out and either paint or wrap.
Ford should just offer one of the MGV interiors on all the upper trims, would probably satisfy the majority of the people not happy with the interior options.
Really like the MGV on both the BD and BL. Prefer the blue accents on the BD as I am probably going with the VB paint.
Problem is I really wanted to go with the WT since it has all the features I wanted, but the interior kind of sucks. Been trying to warm up to either the BD or BL but I really...
Believe the $1875 was the up charge from the soft top to the painted top. Typically the MIC would be a $695 up charge from the soft top. On the WT and FE they are not charging the up charge to the MIC since they are not offing the painted top at launch, which was spec'd on both models.
