The recent Live Video from Bronco Nation with Esteban had very few answers but he did indicate that although they’ve caught up on the Ver 1.0 top replacements, the pace of production of “good” tops is still slow enough that it will slow pace of production.

I will add to the No Emails from Ford, Ya Canuck. Placed my order Nov 2. Got a VIN about 2wks later. Original build date Jan 10th, pushed to Jan 22nd but Ford Tracker says in production. All my info has been through dealer.

July 14, 2020 Reso Nov 2, 2021 Order Dealer keeps telling me Jan 10, 2022 build week but no other communication Eruption Green 2DR Big Bend with Sandstone Interior, 2.3L, 7MT, Rear Locker, Tow Package, Roof Rails, Aux Switches, Mud Flaps, Keypad, Tailgate Table.

Lucky you got an email. Ford Canada hasn’t sent squat. My dealer tells me I also have a Jan 10th build date. Also gave me my VIN. Hoping that means won’t move.

Ford Canada hasn’t sent me a single email. I converted my July 14, 2020 reso to an order November 2, 2021. Last week my dealer messaged me I have a January 10th Build week. Today gave me my VIN#. Ordered a Big Bend 2DR, Eruption Green, 7MT and tow package. The hype is coming back!

I liked Area 51 in renders/pictures and it’s a nice colour in person. Cactus Grey has really grown on me the more I see in person. I’m rolling the dice of Eruption Green. For myself, Antimatter Blue changed my whole plan. Loved the idea of it from the renders on the MY21 Build & Price and photos...

Was it ever officially official gonna be Oct 13th? And yes, it’s the middle of the night.

I get the impression the Heritage whatever will not be a package to be added. I assume it’ll be another “Edition” like the First Edition. Maybe I’m wrong. Hope I am. Makes too much sense to me if it was an appearance package therefore Ford isn’t going to do that.

As the roll between reveal and production progressed, Ford’s decisions on options slowed my hype. Ford does modern takes on retro/heritage better than most and I was hoping for that. When word came out that painted tops and green colour would be MY22, I was disappointed but willing to wait...

Unfortunately, a month or two and a model year change isn't going to fix anything. Probably need 8-12 months. Which is beyond disappointing.

My local dealer in Southern Alberta just got a Base 2dr, non-sas, MIC top, 2.3 AT in Velocity Blue on their lot as stock.
