audio issue

Did anyone else have issue with their informant system sync 4 turning on and off and then turned completely off?!? Not in Warrenty now stuck with a fat check?!?!? Side note vehicle is Less then 4 yrs old.

I got a 24 bronco with b&o in it i hated the sound because i was getting alot of distortion seems like its blown so i decided to order infinity reference 407 swaped it but still the same anyone is having this issue if so how did you resolve it i cant seem to find a way to resolve it.
