Been a bit MIA - how's everyone's rigs doing? Mine's at 3600 miles or so, running like a champ!

I'm due to take the rig in for the windshield recall, window rattle adjustment, and all that jazz. Will probably wait until I hit 5k miles and have them do the first oil change too.

Pic from this past weekend camping / 4x4 action outside of Los Angeles in Big Bear by Hannah Flats.

I was waiting until I could take delivery and take a pic but still waiting for that! But my trackers did update Saturday to delivered! I reached out to my dealership yesterday afternoon, they confirmed it’s there!! But they need to do the inspection. He’s not sure when it can be done….I work from home so I told him, anytime they are done I can go get it!! Im 10 minutes away and haven’t seen it yet.

Ours just rolled over to 3300 and yesterday I went to Underground Graphics here and had them make me some custom Texas flag BRONCO letters for our girl 😎🤘🏻

Just over 3600 miles on mine so far. Still need to get the windshield recall done. Passenger rear door was misaligned so a corner was contacting the body, but that was an easy fix. Have a leak between the soft top and top of the tailgate, but I just fixed that myself with some weatherstripping. Other than that just battling the gravel-chucking Goodyears and running up the miles! Been getting 19+ mpg reliably with the 2.7L and consistently 400+ miles per tank.

I so don’t wanna get our windshield replaced…especially after ceramic tinting it but I know when we get our first oil change it’ll be brought up 😩

I feel you - I got the recall notice two days before I drove in for PPF, I was going to have PPF applied to the windshield too!

I'm heading to the dealership to order some floor mats with my FordPass points finally...

Odd thing about the windshield recall in that mine disappeared from Ford Pass. But I checked it on a whim at NHTSA and it still is listed. Not going to get it done until I have to. Figure no sense in introducing variables into the equation when I have no problems.

Luna is getting close to 3K and I'm going to have the oil changed and tires rotated.

No major trips since the Red River Gorge and Smoky Mountains this spring. Debating on whether to book the NH Off-Roadeo for the fall. I have a pretty full October so I would have to squeeze it in during September. If I go, Luna will be leading the way.

Been mulling over swapping out the rear bumper for a SRQ bumper with dual swingout carriers. Of course, that will be another 3K so it comes down to get a new bumper or travel to NH.

I’ve crossed over 8000 miles. There’s been one off road trip to Christmas Valley, OR that saw sand, mud, dunes, and some mild rock climbing. It ate it all up and wanted more. I want to get out off road some more, but work, family, life, you know. We took it to California on a road trip and really realized the stock sound system is no good. Upgraded speakers, added a kicker key amp, and an 8” hideaway sub and the problem was solved. Only other mod of note was adding the seatbelt holders for when the top is off. I’ve been told I’m not allowed to spend any more money on it this year😬. Also added the IAG rear cup holders. I bought a 4x8 landscape trailer and it has hauled concrete, bricks and my smoker to a couple of BBQ competitions…it’s honestly done everything really well. Still as happy with it after 8k miles as I was when I got it!
@mpmcgaughey glad you’re back! We missed you!

And I’m seriously thinking off getting a set of ADD Pro bumpers 🤔
