Why is Ford not building the Bronco as all electric ?? This is ridiculous . A retro power train really.

Ford will have an electric version of most vehicles they have, within 5-6 years. Bronco and ranger are on the short list along with F-150 and mustang coupe is my understanding

Yes, I agree, its ridiculous Ford cannot build charging stations for us every 25 miles in the wilderness and force us to have to rely on gasoline engines when we go into the middle of nowhere.

Yawn. Interview says almost nothing about the new Bronco, I couldn't care less about past vehicles or "tradition".
You honestly expected him to divulge intimate details on the vehicle a few weeks before launch?

Better fitment of larger diameter tires from the factory, based on user experience over the last few generations.

Also aesthetically matches the Ford family of vehicles better with round arches.
When I first got on here people were like "hope it has a trucker notch and round wheel arches", and my old school self scrunched my face up like "huh?"

I get it now, there are "new Ford truck family" expectations, "old school Early Bronco design" expectations, and even "luxe SUV / crossover" and some "Mustang HP is king" expectations. How you bridge all that, I don't know, but what we've seen has a little for everyone that hopefully blends into one very capable vehicle.

[Edit:] add "Full Sized Bronco design" expectations too.

I'm down for round wheel wells. I am NOT down for 'trucker notches'
