Just spoke to my dealer and he said that they are cleaning up dirt mountain and this run is a smaller production schedule so things are starting to get back to normal. (Where have I heard that before)? Hahaha
Well, that sounds positive. I didn't make the cut today but it's nice to see progress being made with dirt mountain and other older orders. That should mean that the rest of us are moving closer and closer to being scheduled... well, at least theoretically anyway 😖

I had honestly forgotten about this today, and a friend asked me if I had an update…pulled it up on my phone in disbelief.

Not a word. I hate to join all the negativity about Ford but its pretty bad. I just wish they would keep us a little informed. I am worried about what the consequinces will be when we get kicked into 2023. My current build is already 2k cheaper than a late 22 order. I did order a Badlands Sas 4dr Lux with the 2.3 Auto. I also added Tow and hard top so I knew it would be a wait. I just figured I would have a locked price with my order. Bastards..
Interest rates will be higher guaranteed so you will pay more whether you maintain price protection or not.

I'm anxiously awaiting my order as are most of the people in this thread. Trying to get a sense of how many day 1 order, week 1, etc.... are still waiting? Is there a list on the forum floating around with initial order dates and if folks have taken delivery?

I'm waiting on a 2 Dr Badlands Sasquatch with high package. Dropped the tow package, brush guard, and roof rack. Wondering if I should be hopeful still or write it off until next year.

My original order was 7/17/20, my order date in the app shows 3/16/21, I don't know when the dealer put the 22 order in but he tried to go in reservation order so he held a bunch for 5-6 weeks until he realized that some people wouldn't be reordering.

The last think my dealer shared with me a month ago was of the 140 orders he has roughly 20 were in some sort of scheduling, 20 had yet to be schedule and 100 orders where people never gave him their builds (so abandoned orders I guess).

Heck yeah. Just checked the backdoor link and found I have a build date of 8/8/22. No email from Ford, nothing from dealer - but backdoor link says as much.

It had my model and packages all right but the pricing was weird - says MSRP is about 15K lower than it really is....Anyway, stoked. I am in Santa Barbara and our summer goes through October, early November these days so hopefully I will get some top down days in!

And, thank you to this forum for all of the useful advice - would have never known this but for the forum....

Got 8/8/22 build date and a VIN today so I'm going lock in a loan this coming week before the rates go up. The rate will be good for 60 days so I'll be cutting it close.
Basquatch -Res. 7/19/20 ordered 10/21/21

If it makes more sense to pay cash then I will. I’ll worry about the numbers when it actually arrives. Wouldn’t surprise me if it isn’t next year at this time given how these things have went.

I'm in. Build week of 8/1. It feels like Christmas and I had actually thought this day may never come. Living in Arizona, fall delivery will be perfect.

Badlands, 2.7, Sasquatch, Lux, 2 Door (Reservation date of 7/20/20).

so if no schedule today, when is next date?
They used to do scheduling at a regular once a month clip, but all bets are off now.

They still have two months of MY22 production left to schedule before the MY23 order books open in August. But if Ford's build dates start slipping badly, they could fill up that production schedule without another round of MY22 scheduling.

You can only have one order open at a time, so once an order is converted to MY23 in August, that closes the door on being scheduled for a MY22.

I was beginning to waver on my order and how long my patience would last........then I got a text from my dealer this morning that I have a scheduled production week!!!!! Week of 8/1/22!! Confirmed it by just logging into my Ford account and seeing my status changed. 3rd day reservation and was feeling very pissed off like most.......at least it looks like things are moving, though.

Others can speak to this better I'm sure but if you're a build week of 8-8-22 that would mean you need delivery by 8-22-22, or so. Even if they keep tight to the schedule I'm not sure they've been getting them to the dealerships that quickly. Again I could be wrong, someone else is welcome to correct me. If locking in the rate is free then by all means, I just wouldn't want you to lose money on it..
