⏱ Bronco Scheduling This Upcoming Week (of 9/6) For Production Build Weeks 10/4, 10/11, 10/18

I’m confused… 1) I thought cleanup scheduling was shoving whatever is buildable into the mix based on constraints and what they can efficiently build on the production line. So are there going to be non-FEs, or just FEs? 2) is the cleanup/FEs just the week of 10/4 or is it all 3 weeks?

My badlands was scheduled this week for a 10/4 build. So now..... maybe by Halloween?

My Badlands was also scheduled for 10/4. Does this coming weeks scheduling mean the remaining 10/4 units will only be First Editions? Kinda confused but still pinching myself since getting the build email lol

Every time I think I’ve got this scheduling thing figured out, something happens and I realize I know nothing. Just along for the ride at this point. I don’t think ford is going to rescind a VIN. So at least it seems a ‘21 is in our future. Unfortunately the future may not be till ‘22.

So pretty good indication MIC 2.0 ready by 10/4. Which I think was out initial guidance.

still a bit perplexing that some non FE MIC guys have a build date in a week with window stickers to prove it. My non FE MIC is currently scheduled for 9/30. I could get on board with errors in scheduling but not so much if some guys have window stickers. And all of the options of building a MIC bronco this month without a 2.0 top make no logical sense (ie recycling bad tops for temp storage, or storing indoors).

the only logical thing is that perhaps the MIC 2.0 will be ready next week and they aren’t going in the exact order they initially conveyed. Is that wishful thinking? Probably. But the alternatives sound very conspiracy theoryish

As of 10/04/21 nothing but FE will be scheduled for build. This means the Mic 2.0 tops will be available. Given this they should be close to giving the DM prisoners a release date soon. They said all previously built and held units would be reworked prior to new production. Did they not say this?

This is complete crap. I can't believe I keep trusting Ford. They said the improved hardtops would go to existing/delivered builds first and then the the dirt mountain captives....then to new builds. I'm happy for everyone getting their Bronco but knowing mine is built and sitting while build dates far after mine are build/delivering is torture. I understood all of the shortages and covid and doubling the FE production and the X plan exclusion and the mod top issue and the painted top issue and the snakeskin/leaking top issue and the lack of communication and giving dealers priority builds and the whistling side mirrors and seeing TFL get a first edition even though the dad doesn't like Ford and that video of the two designers showing the interior options and the roof rack/towing pkg unavailability and and and......ugh.

I think I need a break from looking at this forum. No joy here anymore, just disappointment
