Not too sure on the tow package as I dropped it a month ago and still no production date for my mid day 7/14/20 reservationDid you add factory Tow Package to your WT order? And/or did you switch to a soft top for MY2022?
I agree that Ford's changes to its dealer allocation formula have made reservation timestamp much less of a factor. But based on those on this forum who dropped the tow package and quickly got build dates, I am convinced that the tow package is the main constraint holding up many of our orders. MIC constraints is also an obvious reason. But I'm not going to compromise and have a 4-pin hitch added after delivery or switch to a limp/soft top.
I think maybe more luck but good for you! Dropped tow a month ago and still nothing....I thought I would give the Chat a try today for the first time and low and behold, although I have not got any emails and nothing showing in the back door link, I did get a VIN and schedule date for April 25th from the Ford chat.
BTW I dropped the tow package and that seems to be what got me in...or luck..

You might check with Ford CS to see they have the correct e-mail ... also check with your dealer to make sure they have configured their system to send you an e-mail (not just them).My understanding is that everyone, reservation holder or non-reservation holder, is supposed to receive the email. Keep in mind, many people don’t see another email after the order confirmation email.
I believe it won’t show up in our Ford account until we have a VIN and add the vin ourselves to our account.
In other words, we are completely in the dark without our salesman. Lol
